The Sdy Prize – The Award Given to Students Who Have Completed Outstanding Units of Study in the Area of Australian Literature
sdy prize is an award given to students who have completed outstanding work in senior units of study in the area of Australian Literature. This prize is awarded on the recommendation of the Professor of Australian Literature and the Head of the Department of English, to a student enrolled in a degree at the University who, in the previous year, has completed work which demonstrates the highest standard in the field.
Established in 2022 following a donation from Appen Butler Hill Pty Ltd, the prize is offered annually to students who demonstrate the greatest proficiency in their studies of the works of Jane Austen, Fanny Burney and other women writers of the 18th and 19th centuries. This could be through a senior or Honours level unit of study in this area of literary study or through the writing of an honours thesis on this subject.
On February 26, it became known that Viktor “sdy” Orudzhev refused to sign a new contract with organization Monte. As a result, the Ukrainian player became a free agent and his cooperation with the team is over. sdy was one of the best players in Monte in 2022 and he was a true pleasure to watch.
He was a consistent performer, always trying to improve his game and bring the best out of his teammates. sdy was an integral part of Monte and the team will miss him. We wish the player luck in his future endeavors.
sdy was the MVP of the event, showing the world how good he is. He was a big reason why the team finished first at this event. He was able to deal with some of the toughest opponents, including ENCE and Cloud9. In the finals, he played against FORZE and made it through with a 3:1 score.
sdy is an excellent player, but he’s also a very nice guy. He’s always looking to help other players, and he’s a great friend. This tournament was a good opportunity for him to show that he is the best player in the world. We hope he’ll win more tournaments in the future.
